- Order cancellation is not possible if the order is already processed by the company and an invoice is generated.
- Order cancellation can be possible if the company is not generated an invoice if the customer has already transferred the amount to the company account, and the company agreed to order cancellation, the amount will be credited back to the customer in 7 working days.
- If the company canceled the order due to stock unavailability or any other issue, the customer amount will be credited back to the customer in 3 working days.
